- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree (minimum of Second Class Upper, Honours Division) in Mechanical Engineering with relevant work experience.
- This person should have graduated from one of Nigeria’s Universities with a minimum of Second Class Honours, Upper Division in Mechanical Engineering.
- Our Ideal candidate should not be more than 40 years old.
- Demonstrate outstanding problem-solving skills and resolve any issues that may derail production.
- Should have exceptional communication, management, and leadership skills to ensure that factory operations run smoothly.
