- Reporting to Head of Corporate Marketing, the Regional Manager will oversee the Northern Region's marketing initiatives and administrative activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND from a recognized Polytechnic. ACII and/or MBA is an added advantage
- Minimum of 12 years working experience in a similar senior management role within the Insurance Industry
- Extensive experience in managing public sector accounts
- Exceptional Customer relationship
- Leadership and people management skills
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.

- Drive the Region's revenue generation initiatives
- Develop new business plan for the Region and enforce execution.

- Drive proportional increase on (existing) accounts.
- Responsible for management of relationship with Brokers within the Northern Region.
- Responsible for managing workforce and all company activities (in) the Region.
