Responsibilities

  • Assist chefs and cooks in food preparation, including cutting, slicing, and chopping ingredients.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
  • Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils, ensuring they are properly sanitized.
  • Assist in receiving and storing deliveries of food and supplies.
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures.
  • Help with inventory management and stock rotation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the kitchen manager or chef.
