Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Education: B.Sc / HND in Business Management or its equivalent, added certification or accreditation, plus experience in the cleaning industry would be an added advantage
- Skills/Experience: Management skills, leadership skills, problem-solving skill, and minimum of 5 years experience in similar role, supervising 1st, 2nd and 3rd level Managers.
Other Requirements:
- Business Operations; ability to plan and direct the company's business operations
- Ability to ensure efficiency in the delivery of work activities
- Ability to provide clarity on company goals and provide leadership and guidance needed for actualisation of these goals to other employees.
- Ability to understand business processes and provide improvement for efficiency
- Possess an above average financial skill and able to make adequate financial decision
- Ability to identify and grow new businesses for expansion
- Knowledge of Technical and Financial bid processes
- Ability to prepare reports and coordinate the reports of all other departments
