Job Description
- Lead a range of learning and development, performance, talent and succession activities alongside other HR continuous improvement projects within the Learning and Development strategy unit.
- Develop and manage the end to end cycle of recruitment and learning & development (including leadership, talent and succession planning) for all employees.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with an HR specialization and at least 2 years of experience in Talent Management, ideally in a global office environment
- Minimum of 5 years work experience

The successful candidate is expected to:
- Roll out the company's Talent and Capability process, policy, practices, governance and framework across the region.
- Lead timeous completion of Talent and Capability related activities per People Calendar.
- Ensure line managers and employees in the execution of their development plans with nil issues. Ensure data quality of talent and capability information in sHaRe
- Define and animate the competency framework for one or more functions and drive competencies gap assessment.
- Conduct regular cross-Business Services benchmark exercises
- Ensure the development of a Continuous Improvement culture in HR by developing the right learning and project methodology initiatives.
- Support HRD and Tech Team on innovative HR IS systems' pilots and to engage employees in existing and new development opportunities
- Support collaboration and sharing across the different Regions + bring the outside in (innovative insights) - For all HR BS activities
- Ensure the development and delivery of activities within the Learning & Development and Talent strategy for employees within the Brand’s HR processes and policies.
- Ensure the L&D communications plan and engagement plan remains current and is proactively managed to ensure all stakeholders are communicated to in an effective and appropriate manner.
- Present statistical performance analysis and recommending solutions.
- Design and review of policies related to employee performance.
- Identify, report, and resolve workplace or interpersonal barriers to performance.
