Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities include the following and other duties as may be assigned:

  • Selling of box office tickets and concession items
  • Achieve 100% sales in concession and box office.
  • Responding to queries, reservations, and sales
  • Monitor and Maintain Cash Flow, thereby ensuring that there are no shortages.
  • Participating in meetings as requested by the Business Manager/Assistant Business Manager
  • Attend and participate in training sessions as required by the Business Manager and HR
  • Ensure the timely communication of stock level to the Team Supervisor/Team Lead to avoid under
  • stocking and over stocking.
  • Maintain zero loss of all items and ensure proper stock reconciliation.
  • Provide update on request filled out and ensure 100% compliance and strict adherence to following
  • approved SOPs.
  • Show professional behavior in all dealings, excellent job ownership, brand loyalty and commitment to
  • assigned tasks.
  • Achieve 95% resolution of customer complaints within 48 hours - Review weekly by checklist method.
  • Punctuality - timeliness to work on daily basis.
  • To plan, perform and manage efficiently all operational tasks within the cinema.
