Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Curriculum Leader for our Social Science Department with a strong background in both the Cambridge and Nigerian curricula. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in curriculum development, implementation, and assessment in these curricula.

Duties

Lead the development and implementation of the Social Science curriculum in alignment with both the Cambridge and Nigerian curricula.
Collaborate with teachers to design engaging and rigorous lesson plans that meet the requirements of both curricula.
Provide guidance and support to teachers in delivering high-quality instruction that meets the needs of all students.
Monitor and assess student progress to ensure alignment with curriculum standards and learning objectives.
Analyze data to make informed decisions about curriculum improvements and modifications.
Stay current on trends and best practices in Social Science education within the Cambridge and Nigerian curricula.
Collaborate with other curriculum leaders to ensure vertical and horizontal alignment across departments.
