Job Summary

Contract Type:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is an added advantage.
5+ years of experience in structural design and analysis, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
Proficiency in structural engineering software such as ETABS, SAP2000, and SAFE, as well as AutoCAD and Revit.
Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction standards.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with green building principles and sustainable design practices.
Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology and workflows.
Project management experience and/or certification (PMP, CAPM, etc.).

Perform structural analysis and design for various real estate projects.
Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with the engineering teamand other stakeholders to develop cost-effective and sustainable structural solutions that meet project objectives.
Conduct site inspections and evaluations to assess structural integrity, identify potential risks, and ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
Provide technical expertise and support to project teams throughout the design, construction, and commissioning phases.
Participate in design reviews, value engineering exercises, and risk assessments to optimize project performance and minimize construction delays.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in civil and structural engineering to enhance the quality and efficiency of our projects.
