Course introduction
In this course you will learn about the job of a Brand Ambassador. As a Brand Ambassador you will work as a specialized marketing representative for a specific brand developed, manufactured and distributed by a company. The Ambassador is required to spend many hours working with the general public. The regular tasks of a Brand Ambassador involve providing information about the brand, product or service, generating sales opportunities and working to build customer preference for the brand.

After the successful completion of this course, you will be in a better position to:
- appreciate what being a brand ambassador is.
- know what is required of a brand ambassador.
- appreciate how best to maximize sales for the brand being promoted .
- appreciate the customer input in creating a good brand.
