Project Monitoring and Evaluation

Project monitoring is all about overseeing the project to ensure that the project is within scope, on time, and on budget so that the project proceeds with minimal risk. This is achieved by comparing actual performance with planned performance and taking corrective action to yield the desired outcome. Monitoring and Controlling process is continuously performed throughout the life of the project.By the end of this course you should be able to identify your project risks, determine what and when to report progress to stakeholders, come up with a change management to handle any issues arising throughout the course of the project.
