Sokoni Africa Limited is currently seeking a friendly and professional Hotel Receptionist to join our team. As a Hotel Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service. You will handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, as well as assisting guests with inquiries and ensuring their overall satisfaction.


Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience as a Hotel Receptionist or in a customer service role preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in using hotel management software and MS Office Suite

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations

• Attention to detail and accuracy
