• Bachelor's degree in Humanities with a minimum of an Upper Second. A postgraduate qualification with Public Policy analysis, design and formulation.
• Qualifications in Monitoring and Evaluation will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in policy analysis and influence, budget advocacy, stakeholders engagements including partnership and coalition building at local and national levels.

- The purpose of the job is to enhance Caritas Mbarara capacity in advocacy, research and policy influence for improved livelihoods of Small Holder Farmers in the project areas.
- Building and managing strategic partnerships with relevant political leaders, Civil Servants, Like minded Civil Society Organizations at Local, District and National Levels. Develop and implement M&E systems related to advocacy interventions. Note: This is a part time job.
