  • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships by acting as a main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs
  • Work with sales and other internal teams to provide world class customer service to clients and partners
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better engage and problem solve for our clients and partners
  • Meet regularly with other members of the team to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business
  • Generate progress reports for both external and internal audiences
  • Updating records of customer communications and contact information
  • Creating proposals and reports related to customer onboarding, pitch materials etc
