The Business Development Associate will play a critical role in ensuring that we become the go to platform for finding work in Uganda. Your primary objective is to ensure wide adoption of our Free Forever product, across Uganda.

Overview of the role:

The Business Development Associate will play a critical role in ensuring that we become the go to platform for finding work in Uganda. Your primary objective is to ensure wide adoption of our Free Forever product, across Uganda.
  • Cold calling clients within your target audience, including follow up calls and emails to build up rapport and relationships with your clients.

  • Developing new business and long-term account opportunities with an effective end to end sales process

  • Prospecting and Lead generation to ensure a constant sales pipeline

  • Posting Internal Campaigns on Fuzu

  • Client needs assessment to understand what challenges potential clients face through a consultative approach

  • Upselling different business models that maximize value for both the Company and the Client

  • Work with the Client Delivery team to ensure proper Account Management

  • Providing regular feedback on the sales process to ensure we are continuously improving


Skills and Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of sales experience.

  • Experience in a target oriented environment with commissions

  • Basic understanding of sales principles and processes

  • A highly energetic and motivated individual, the role requires a lot of field work

  • A go getter, entrepreneurial background
