  • Assist to sell various Bondrich services to clients and ensure optimal level of customer satisfaction through various sales strategies including tele-marketing

  • Contacting clients and setting up appointments to present company services

  • Handle all customer inquiries and ensure timely response to all inquiries

  • Preparing sales proposals for potential clients

  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers

  • Maintain up to date database of client’s contacts

  • Resolve all clients’ complaints by making recommendations to management

  • Follow up with clients, evaluate their needs and make recommendations as necessary

  • Participate in all departmental meetings

  • Generating daily sales reports

  • Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
