We’re looking for a local, competent and experienced Call Center Team Leader to work in our betting company. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for all things sports, we'd like to hear from you.



What You’ll Be Doing

• Set up a Ugandan call center office.

• Participate in employee hiring, training, monitoring and mentoring. Prepare and deliver performance evaluations, improvement plans and all disciplinary actions as required.

• Make outgoing calls.


What You Will Need

• Proven 1+ years experience as a call center supervisor or similar leadership position in the betting industry.

• Basic knowledge of the gaming industry and betting laws in Uganda.

• Knowledge of call center technology and telephony platforms.

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

• Have experience in outgoing calls.

• Positive mindset and a can-do attitude.


Essential Functions/Exposures

• Regular attendance in our Kampala office;

• Core hours are Mon to Fri 9am-6pm, but must be flexible to cover times of global markets;

• You should be always available (messengers, e-mail, phone);

• Salary depends on the interview results.
