TotalEnergies Marketing Uganda Limited is in the process of changing its card system thus the need to recruit a card assistant- field to support activities related managing the change process from the old system to the new system i.e. manage the data migration process and provide filed support to the dealers.
Candidate profile
- A degree is required e.g. IT related , Business Administration, Marketing and Commerce.
- Minimum of 1yr experience in commercial/corporate sales.
- Excellent Analytical and Communication Skills are a pre-requisite

- Transaction process, this involves identify training needs and familiarize station staff with new system.
- Sign off commissioning checklist after ensuring that the site is ready for deployment (technical, training, operations and number of transactions)
- System change management for dealer, identify dealer training needs and formally communicate on impact of change in transaction process on dealers.
- Conduct basic on-site training for dealer on internet basic information provided by project team, TFTS
- System change management for user, Assist Customers during the pilot process from start to end of transaction.
- Change management for the client, Assist the project team in preparing client roll out plan.
- Identify changes in extranet and card application process and train existing clients.
- Training material, Assist in conception of training video for customer attendants and dealers.
- Ensure all requests are sent to Back office for processing and inform customer about processing time.
- Send forms for blocked card requests or change in parameters.
