Qualification

1. Bachelor degree or above, those who are engaged in petrochemical products experimentation are preferred, bear hardships and stand hard work, and have a sense of responsibility;
   
2. More than 8 years of cementing engineering experience, familiar with the maintenance and repair of cementing equipment;
   
3. Familiar with various cementing systems and processes, able to complete cementing engineering design and organize construction implementation;
   
4. Familiar with the whole process of cementing operation, responsible for single well cementing design and mud formula experiment work.

1. Responsible for cementing engineering technology and quality management, coordinate technical cooperation with all parties, implement cementing-related industry standards and site management requirements, and formulate cementing related and technical measures;
   
2. Responsible for formulating and implementing the cementing material preparation plan;
   
3. Responsible for the preparation, inspection and acceptance of cementing equipment, personnel, tools, pipelines, and additives before construction;
   
4. Responsible for the cementing construction, supervision and coordination, prevention and handling of underground accidents;
   
5. Participate in the promotion and application of new cementing techniques, new technologies, and new materials.
   
6. Responsible for collecting, sorting out and summarizing construction technical data, and reporting technical status to the technical management department on a regular basis;
   
7. Participate in various training activities on time, and master the safety knowledge and operating skills required for this post;
   
8. Participate in the implementation of safety-related goals and action plans of the unit according to the enterprise’s HSE management goals;
   
9. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
