  • Strong interest and understanding in cryptocurrency/blockchain-related terminology is a must
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills are required
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations or a similar role in media, education, or academia is preferred
  • Professional English written, verbal, and communication skills
  • Fluency in additional languages is a plus
  • Ambitious, goal-oriented, and self-motivated individual contributor who is able to work independently and collaborate with remote global team members

  • Create, execute, and manage operation campaigns
  • Work with product and internal teams on a daily basis to drive product development and improvement
  • Manage the content production and localization schedule, ensuring that deadlines are met
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and consolidate business reports
  • Respond to requests from internal and external stakeholders
  • Stay current with industry trends and make recommendations for content strategy
