  • At least 8+ years of professional experience in advertising agencies and / or brand side
  • An incredible portfolio of work
  • A clear communicator - ability to express complex ideas clearly and succinctly, while collaborating closely with teams outside of the Creative group
  • Ability to single handedly execute creative work, independently and remotely
  • Extensive technical knowledge of branding systems is a plus
  • Knowledge and interest in the world of Binance and cryptocurrency is a plus
  • Can work in a fast-paced environment and think on your feet
  • Expertise in Art direction and/or copywriting is needed
  • Fluency in English required, additional regional language is a plus

  • As part of the creative team, lead creative direction on brand advertising campaigns, which reflect the identity of Binance globally; across different products and local markets
  • Collaborate closely with the internal design team to ensure brand coherency and consistency across all creative output
  • Lead cross functional creative conversations to advocate for the importance of creative quality and consistency; be the creative and brand ambassador to other teams
  • Proactively identify emerging trends, and contribute to robust internal creative ideation Ideation of Brand-led campaigns
  • Pitch creative ideas and liaise with external creative agencies if needed
