Requirements:
At least 8+ years of professional experience in advertising agencies and / or brand side
An incredible portfolio of work
A clear communicator - ability to express complex ideas clearly and succinctly, while collaborating closely with teams outside of the Creative group
Ability to single handedly execute creative work, independently and remotely
Extensive technical knowledge of branding systems is a plus
Knowledge and interest in the world of Binance and cryptocurrency is a plus
Can work in a fast-paced environment and think on your feet
Expertise in Art direction and/or copywriting is needed
Fluency in English required, additional regional language is a plus
As part of the creative team, lead creative direction on brand advertising campaigns, which reflect the identity of Binance globally; across different products and local markets
Collaborate closely with the internal design team to ensure brand coherency and consistency across all creative output
Lead cross functional creative conversations to advocate for the importance of creative quality and consistency; be the creative and brand ambassador to other teams
Proactively identify emerging trends, and contribute to robust internal creative ideation Ideation of Brand-led campaigns
Pitch creative ideas and liaise with external creative agencies if needed
