Ensuring excellent service delivery and handling issues in a speedy and accurate manner.
Preparing and executing renewal follow up and documents. Focusing on organic and new business which may require client / prospect visits.
Communicating effectively internally and with clients and Insurers to achieve results and ensuring all Company SOP’s and directives are complied
Being hands on and endeavor to handle any assignment with efficiency and reliability within the deadlines.
Managing daily operations with minimum supervision, and to always ensure best interests of the Company and having positive attitude, and delivering seamless solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams (Accounts, Marketing, senior management) to address customers’ needs.
Sustain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipate new opportunities.
Providing meaningful and timely solutions and efficient turnaround times on any matter.
