Client Relationship Officer is responsible for Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies. Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services. Alerting the sales team to opportunities for further sales within key clients.

Knowledge and Skills

  •     Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager and a customer-oriented attitude.

  •     Proven track record of meeting and aability to work well with a team.

  •     Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms.

Qualifications and Experience   

  •  At least 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role.

  •     Minimum Bachelors Degree. Insurance Qualifications an added advantage

  •     Proficient in computer packages and be thorough with documentation

  •     Have a clean record in the Insurance Industry. Reference letters to be furnished

  •    Preparing and executing renewal follow up and documents. Focusing on organic and new business which may require client / prospect visits.

  •     Communicating effectively internally and with clients and Insurers to achieve results and ensuring all Company SOP’s and directives are complied

  •     Being hands on and endeavor to handle any assignment with efficiency and reliability within the deadlines.

  •     Managing daily operations with minimum supervision, and to always ensure best interests of the Company and having positive attitude, and delivering seamless solutions.

  •     Collaborate with internal teams (Accounts, Marketing, senior management) to address customers’ needs.

  •     Sustain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipate new opportunities.

  •     Providing meaningful and timely solutions and efficient turnaround times on any matter.
