  • The applicant must hold a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Proven experience in telesales or call center roles is an advantage
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate product features and benefits persuasively.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience.
  • Target Driven: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals.
  • Languages: English, Acholi, Runyankore, Rukonzo, Rukiga, Gishu, Lugbara, Langi, Japadhola, Lusoga, Samia
