As part of our Communication team, the Employer Branding Lead is responsible for helping to shape Binance as an employer of choice.
You will build and implement Binance’s employer branding strategies globally and across all business lines using a variety of external channels and working closely with other internal stakeholders in Talent Acquisition, marketing and design teams.
This is a newly created position and this individual would form the foundational core of the team as we expand globally. 

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Employer Branding/Relevant Marketing or Comms related roles.
  • A keen mindset for branding and a strong attention to detail
  • Experience working within a fast paced moving Tech environment. 
  • Ability and experience in working with many stakeholders and managing campaigns
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and be results driven. 
  • Highly driven, self-motivated and target driven.
  • An interest in cryptocurrency is a plus

  • Be a key member in the development of Binance’s employer branding, key messaging and what it means to be a Binancian.
  • Develop content and initiatives through videos, social media platforms and other related channels to drive current and potential new employee’s engagement and understanding of Binance.
  • Be involved in the end to end process of conceptualizing, development and execution of events and campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and identify opportunities and creative ideas. 
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition, Communications and Marketing teams to drive appropriate initiatives. 
  • Track and evaluate effectiveness of initiatives with a data-driven approach and look for opportunities to improve.
