What you’ll need to succeed
- 6+ years of relevant work experience, of which at least 1 year as an Engineering Manager
- Passion for guiding career growth through tailored individual and team development plans
- Interest in building teams from the ground up with a people-first approach
- Desire for working with small, diverse and highly collaborative teams
- Experience building teams from the ground up is a bonus (a big plus if in a product-focused, people-First tech company)
