We are looking for a Head of Platform Operations who will  focus on managing the  best-in-class digital experiences for driversand customers using the BUKK driver app and customer app respectively, in orderto drive increased loyalty and engagement and deliver commercial results for

the business.

The position holder  will work closely with other employees  of various departments particularly those inthe technology,  marketing and businessstrategy for purposes of  building  and optimizing processes, driving  operational efficiency, and reporting on

process and vertical performance.


Minimum criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Business Intelligence, Information Technology
  • ,
 business management, marketing, IT, Systems management or related discipline

c) Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in a high-volume and fast-paced operational, B2B or customer support
  • environment including minimum 2 years of leading large teams.

  • Proven track record to manage effectively, set team goals, develop people to their highest levels of performance, and guide
  • through complicated situations
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Profound experience in data analytics , dealing with large volumes of data in an international company.

  • Strategic and analytical thinking – comfortable using analytics to identify market movement, competitiveness and influence
  • decision making to help refining internal strategy.

    • Build, develop and lead BUKK product platform strategy using market trends and data analytical tools to identify
    • executable platform partnership opportunities

  • Monitor the platform data and market data insights to drive strategic decision

  • Monitor the performance of client accounts and communicate with partners to discover new growth opportunity

  • Develop relationships with target platforms and sell a partnership vision with creativity, empathy, and conviction

  • Develop cross functional relationships with fellow employees in the   Marketing
  • and Business Strategy , Technology, Finance and  Legal departments to understand how to redline, sign or  execute a contract .
  • Work closely with Business Development team to ensure the  contracts or deals are
  • properly executed—providing support both internally and externally on areas to improve the deal, or on items that are not being completed on time or in a manner that falls short of expectations.
  • Implement the digital strategy with unblemished and customer-centric execution through platform daily operation such as
  • digital operation, customer care, digital market, pricing execution and roaming management etc.
  • To be accountable for the business performance of BUKK product platforms, driving efficiency, safety, and upgraded customer
  • experience for customers  and drivers financially charged via BUKK product platforms.
  • Define and develop platform operation strategy, customer care strategy, roaming strategy as well as major platform
  • business objectives and key results by benchmarking external trends/competitor intelligence with standard methodology and seek endorsement from the top management of BUKK
  • Develop periodic  budget plans and resourcing priorities for platform business needs,
  • and gain agreement to meet the  general company’s  plans and budgets
  • Collaborate with BUKK’s  operation, technology  and marketing teams on operation and digital marketing strategies and priorities, and responsible for seamless
  • execution of the marketing and pricing strategies and plans on the platform.
  • Lead, empower, and develop high-performing teams within a time-sensitive and fast paced environment to deliver on
  • operation-critical metrics
  • Set up career development plans and help identify growth opportunities for your team members.

  • Work cross-functionally with various supporting teams in the Marketing and Business Strategy department  to ensure your teams are delivering
  • outstanding customer experiences and meeting service level requirements
  • Analyze the performance of your teams and provide constructive feedback to your team on a consistent basis

  • Identify trends within your team's' performance as well as overall support trends

  • Encourage continuous process improvement to deliver a excellent experience every time, all the time.
