Certification and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or above in Humanity, HRM, HRD, psychology or Business & Administration discipline
  
• Over 5 year-experience in corporate HR practice (at least in 3 HR modules)
  
• HR services experience or management is preferred (outsourcing, headhunting, etc.)
  
• Have passion in dealing with issues of people, good at communication
  
• Customer centric
  
• Be able to be involved in HR Business Development
  
• High responsible and results oriented
  

Note: Employment is open to candidates who are either Ugandan, Indian or Pakistani.

• Collaborate with the HRD to practice all HR modules
  
• Generate internal HR policies and external HR service proposals
  
• Be able to handle the visa and work permit process effectively, be sensitive on the Local employment regulations;
  
• Be able to link with MIA, PAU, LC and Community.
  
• Be able to link with customers, be sensitive in fetching and satisfying customers’ needs.
  
• Other tasks assigned from leaders.
