Zillions Credit Limited is looking for an IT Officer who will be responsible for maintaining the computer networks of all types of in the organization, providing technical support and ensuring the whole company runs smoothly. The incumbent will monitor and maintain the company computer systems, install, and configure hardware and software, and solve technical issues as they arise.

The incumbent will monitor and maintain the company computer systems, install, and configure hardware and software, and solve technical issues as they arise.

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and
  scanners.

• Providing technical support to users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and
  resolving technical problems

• Maintaining and updating computer systems and networks, including performing upgrades, backups, and security updates
  

• Setting up new user accounts and profiles, managing user access, and ensuring data
  security and privacy

• Monitoring, regulating, and managing businesses CCTVs
  

• Providing training and guidance to users on software and hardware usage, and offering
  suggestions on how to improve efficiency and productivity

• Engaging with other vendors, such as hosting companies and service providers, to fix
  difficult technical problems

• Maintaining all electronics in the organization including and not limited to generator,
  sockets extensions and chargers

• Maintaining an inventory of computer hardware and software, and ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and updated.
  

• Managing software licenses and ensuring compliance with software vendor agreements.
  

• Maintaining documentation on IT procedures and troubleshooting guides, and keeping
  up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry.
