Maintenance Supervisor

Requirements/ Qualifications

• Diploma in building and civil engineering, plumbing or any related field required
  
• At least five years of maintenance experience required
  
• Extensive knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry etc.
  
• Ability to identify issues and determine repairs that are needed
  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  

• Excellent planning and organizational skills
  

  Excellent management and supervisory skills

• Determine maintenance and repair works that need to be done on the school premises
  
• Oversee and organize the schedule and work of the maintenance staff
  
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the maintenance team and supervise auxiliary staff
  
• Ensure maintenance and repair work is completed correctly and in a timely manner.
  
• Assists with budget estimates and costs of specific repair and maintenance projects.
