 Diploma in Hotel Management

 Must have at least 5 years of successful, operational management experience in a reputable

hotel environment.

 Understanding of hotel management best practices and relevant laws and guidelines

 Working knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of hotel management software will be an added

advantage

 Excellent customer service skills as well as a business mindset

standards and structuring of a team

 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.

 Basic accounting skills and strong analytical/decision making skills

 Demonstrated achievement in staff selection, coaching and development.

1) Create an operating environment that assures consistent guest satisfaction.

2) Undertake holistic marketing of the hotel.

3) Monitor the performance of the hotel through verification and analysis of guest satisfaction

systems and financial reports, and initiate corrective action as applicable.

4) Maintain product  and  service  quality  standards  by  conducting  ongoing  evaluations  and

investigating complaints; initiate corrective action.

5) Execute operational activities, producing results that meet or exceed the hotel’s expectations.

6) Guard the efficiency and productivity of the hotel
