We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office and Accountant Administrator to oversee the day-to-day administrative tasks and financialactivities of our company. The ideal candidate

should have a strong background in accounting and bookkeeping, as well as experience in office management.


YOU

  • Bachelor's degreein accounting, finance,

    business administration, or a related
  • field.

  • 3+ years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping, preferably in a smallto medium-sized business.


  • Knowledge of generally acceptedaccounting principles (GAAP)

    and accounting software, such as QuickBooks

  • Strong attention to detailand ability to work independently and manage multiple

    priorities.

  • Excellent writtenand verbal communication skills.


  • Proficient in Microsoft OfficeSuite and Google

    Workspace.

  • Experience in office management, including scheduling and customer service,is a plus.


  • Experience with grant and loan applications is a plus.

    • Manage the day-to-day operations of the office,including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing

      company correspondence.

  • Manage and maintain accuraterecords of financial transactions, including accounts

    payable and receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.

  • Prepare and process payroll,including calculating and submitting employee

    deductions and taxes.

  • Conduct regular audits of financial recordsto ensure accuracy

    and compliance with accounting regulations.

  • Prepare and present financial reports to management, including budgeting and forecasting.

  • Maintain an organized filingsystem for all financial and administrative records.


  • Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and tax professionals to ensure compliance with accounting regulations and tax laws.

  • Assist in the preparation of grant and loan applications.

  • Manage company inventory and procurement processes, including ordering suppliesand equipment
