We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office and Accountant Administrator to oversee the day-to-day administrative tasks and financialactivities of our company. The ideal candidate
should have a strong background in accounting and bookkeeping, as well as experience in office management.YOU
Bachelor's degreein accounting, finance,
business administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping, preferably in a smallto medium-sized business.
Knowledge of generally acceptedaccounting principles (GAAP)
and accounting software, such as QuickBooksStrong attention to detailand ability to work independently and manage multiple
priorities.Excellent writtenand verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft OfficeSuite and Google
Workspace.Experience in office management, including scheduling and customer service,is a plus.
Experience with grant and loan applications is a plus.

Manage the day-to-day operations of the office,including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing
company correspondence.
Manage and maintain accuraterecords of financial transactions, including accounts
payable and receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.Prepare and process payroll,including calculating and submitting employee
deductions and taxes.Conduct regular audits of financial recordsto ensure accuracy
and compliance with accounting regulations.Prepare and present financial reports to management, including budgeting and forecasting.
Maintain an organized filingsystem for all financial and administrative records.
Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and tax professionals to ensure compliance with accounting regulations and tax laws.
Assist in the preparation of grant and loan applications.
Manage company inventory and procurement processes, including ordering suppliesand equipment
