Education:
A Uganda Craft Certificate in Metal Machining from a recognized institution.

Experience, Skills and Competences:

A minimum of three (3) years working experience in fitting and machining spare parts from

a busy workshop.

Education:
A Uganda Craft Certificate in Metal Machining from a recognized institution.

Experience, Skills and Competences:

A minimum of three (3) years working experience in fitting and machining spare parts from

a busy workshop.


1. Making of spares, repair and maintenance of machines.
• Make spare parts for machines in the workshop.

• Handle the fitting and repair of machines in case of emergencies or breakdown.

• Clean the machines that are going to be used.

• Lubricate machines by oiling them

3.Custody of tools/equipment

• Keep the workshop tools and equipment in safe custody after duty.

4. Training of students

• Practically train and guide students during their Industrial Training.

5. House keeping

• Adhere to the safety, health and environment policy of the company.

• Perform any other related duties as may be assigned by the Workshop Supervisor/

Management from time to time.
