The person in the role will work in collaboration with school structures and community structures to support the implementation of school and community-based activities to improve both children’s and parents’ participation to strengthen learning outcomes.


Requirements

  • The ideal candidate for this role will have a bachelor’s degree in education, social work, or community development, showing they understand how to support schools and communities.
  • Over 5 years of experience in working with people from all levels - national, district, and school.
