Qualifications

• Familiar with related construction specification requirements; Three similar experiences working on EPC projects and only certified / registered engineers shall be accepted. Civil/Structural Engineer will have a minimum of 15 years’ experience and will also act as the CONTRACTOR’s representative at site performing the role of inspector of works and coordinating overall superintendence for all supervision staff at site.

• Working together with engineers, architects, and contractors on an ongoing basis regarding project objectives and progress;
  
• Carry out design, procurement and construction duties, and other stages of Engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) project;
  
• Managing and motivating site foremen and teams;
  
• Ensuring all equipment needed is available on site;
  
• Ensuring the construction process starts and ends on time, and ensuring daily and weekly deadlines are met;
  
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and all other regulations;
  
• Conducting ongoing quality inspections.
