Education Requirement

  • Diploma or Degree in any field of studies.

  • Proficient in relevant computer applications.

  • Minimum of 2 years of Sales experience.

  • Recruitment, selection, training, and Retention of Sales Agents 

  • Ensure COP qualification and Licensing of all agents

2. Productivity. 

  • Drive Agents productivity to achieve set company targets. 

  • Monitoring performance and goal setting 

3. Activity Management. 

  • Use of activity management tools to monitor team performance.

4. Motivating and inspiring the team. 

5. Prospecting, Marketing/selling assistance, and support to the team. 

6. Worksite Development and servicing
