Required Experience and Skills

• The Senior Cementer shall have a minimum of ten (10) years proven experience and at least 1 year with the present CONTRACTOR. His experience shall be clearly listed on the submitted CV.
  
• The Senior Cementer must be qualified to run any of CONTRACTOR EQUIPMENT listed in Appendix 2 especially retrievable packer, bridge plug and cement retainer. Any additional personnel required to operate such CONTRACTOR EQUIPMENT will be at CONTRACTOR’s own cost.
  

Required Experience and Skills

• The Senior Cementer shall possess knowledge about the cement PRODUCTS (i.e. additives), and their interaction.
  

• The Senior Cementer shall be familiar with all type of jobs:
  

  • Batch mixing;
    
  • Mixing on the Fly;
    
  • Lightweight slurry mixing;
    
• The Senior Cementer shall be capable to perform all type of pumping, pressure testing, squeeze, etc…
  
• The Senior Cementer shall be conversant with CONTRACTOR Products.
  
• The Senior Cementer shall be HSE competent and present Good Personal skills.
  
• The Senior Cementer shall issue cementing report, inventory report, cost reports, and if deemed required, incident report and HSE observation.
  
• The Senior Cementer shall make sure that CONTRACTOR EQUIPMENT at the WORKSITE is certified, calibrated and maintained as per CONTRACTOR procedures.
