To design and supervise the construction, adaptation, development and
maintenance of outdoor landscapes in regard to functional andaesthetic requirements of the CityAn honors Bachelor’s degree in either land scape architecture,
Architecture, Botany, Physical Planning, Land use management,Horticulture, Forestry or Environmental Studies from arecognized university or institution.(b) Work experience
A minimum of three (3) years working experience at Landscape
officer in Government or from a reputable organization.Responsibilities
To design and supervise the construction, adaptation, development and

officer in Government or from a reputable organization.ii. Discussing design requirements with clients and other interestedparties to determine the detailed project specification in relationto the type of construction, cost limitations and land scraping andplanning requirements;
iii. Carrying out a thorough site survey to determine site
characteristics and suitable out door spaces and land scapesinstallations;iv. Preparing and submitting to the City council detailed drawings
design specifications for City projects to archive a functional andpleasant infrastructure for approval;v. Negotiating and supervising contracts with professional Land
scaping services to ensure that work is timely, effectively andefficiently done;vi. Monitoring, evaluating and guiding private property developers in
the City in regard to the land scaping requirements andguidelines;vii. Attending to site meetings with other engineering professional to
assess and report adherence to the approved buildingarchitectural plans;
