Our Team Leader will be responsible for Managing Sales Team, Support Agents Relationship management, training, Driving Skills  our Create sales opportunity to sales Agents, educating prospects on products through calls and presentations, and providing existing customers with exceptional support. To excel in this role you would need to have a minimum of a degree, a deep understanding of the benefits of strong customer service, a gene for closing deals, and ability to work under minimum supervision.

Our Ideal candidate would need to have the following key attributes:

  • Minimum of a degree.

  • sales experience is added advantage.

  • Driving experience with a valid driving permit

  • Ability to work remotely under minimum supervision

  • Job Qualifications

  • Schedule meetings, presentations to Agents weekly

  • Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products.

  • Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments and plan for a clear way forward

  • Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects and communicate to them regularly regarding offers and benefits of company products

  • Develop and maintain strong ongoing relationships with prospects and customers

  • Meet and/or exceed sales targets.

  • Coordinate your team members and departments to optimize the sales effort.
