JOB PURPOSE


The job holder will be required to upgrade existing M-Kopa Customers to products offered by the company, close sales, and maintain good customer relationships.

The job holder will be required to upgrade existing M-Kopa Customers to products offered by the company, close sales, and maintain good customer relationships.


KEY JOB FUNCTIONS
    • Tele-selling: Calling our existing customers to upgrade them to Televisions and other products which the company has to offer
    • Conversation objectives: Responsible for ensuring the campaign achieves its conversions and objectives
    • Quality objectives: To ensure the quality of calling adheres to set quality standards
    • Talk time objectives: To adhere to expected talk time benchmarks to maximize productivity
EXPERIENCE/ SKILLS & COMPETENCIES/ LICENCES & CERTIFICATIONS/ EDUCATION REQUIRED
    • Any Certificate or Diploma preferably
    • BPO Industry, captive call center industry experience
    • Sales skills and excellent communication skills
    • Excellent persuasive and convincing skills, result-oriented and self-driven
    • Exceptional work ethic and integrity
    • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and listening skills
