To train and impart skills to the farmers on modern, productive and sustainable agriculture practices and technologies.
Qualification:
An Honors Bachelor of Science Degree in Agriculture or Agricultural Extension Services from a recognized University OR institution.

Job purpose:
To train and impart skills to the farmers on modern, productive and sustainable agriculture practices and technologies.

An Honors Bachelor of Science Degree in Agriculture or Agricultural Extension Services from a recognized University OR institution.
▪ Carrying out activities related to productive entomology, vector and pest control
▪ Participating in prevention and eradication of tsetse flies, biting flies, ticks other vectors and vermin.
▪ Mobilizing and sensitizing communities on productive entomology and vector/vermin control
▪ Building capacity of technicals and communities on Vermin Control
▪ Participating in surveillance and monitoring of vectors and vermin
▪ Implementing plans and programs regarding Apiculture and vermin control activities in the District.
▪ Making Inventory of all Beekeepers and vector/Vermins in the District.
▪ Compiling all sector reports
