However, on top of that, Fuzu offers you the option to designate a specific hiring manager for a given role. Moreover, the Fuzu platform enables you to maintain your privacy during the hiring process, preventing competitors from tracking your every move. The ATS automatically ranks candidates based on the criteria you specify, such as years of experience, skills, or education.
