Job Summary
Required Qualifications
1. At least a Diploma from a recognized institution.
1. Three (3) years relevant experience
Responsibilities
1. Secure building when facilities are not in use
2. Assist with the setup of facilities for meetings, classrooms, events and conferences
3. Move furniture, equipment, supplies and tools on an incidental basis,
4. General maintenance repairs and leakages
5. Supervise cleaners, Security Guards and Custodians
6. Account for facilities and equipment under his/her care
7. Supply materials and equipment for use.
And any other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor
Job Requirements
Required education: Diploma, Associate's degreeRequired relevant work experience: 3 years
Required languages: English (Spoken: fluent | Written: fluent)
