We are seeking a creative and motivated individual to join our marketing team as a Social Media and Content Creation Marketing Specialist. The ideal candidate will be passionate about storytelling, digital marketing and engaging with audience across various social media platforms.


Location: Onsite (Mon- Sat) 45 hours per week.

Duration: 3 month probation, followed by a 1 year contract of employment (Renewal based on performance)

● Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness,

engagement, and conversions.

● Create compelling and visually appealing content for social media platforms,

including but not limited to posts, videos, graphics, and stories.

● Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, monitoring

comments, and responding to inquiries in a timely manner.

● Analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize content performance

and drive continuous improvement.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with

overall marketing goals and initiatives.

● Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and emerging

platforms to keep our brand presence fresh and relevant.




Qualifications

● Diploma required. (Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or

related field is preferred)

● Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands, with a strong

portfolio showcasing content creation skills is preferred.

● In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

● Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

● Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

● Experience with graphic design and video editing software is a plus
