A Head of Sales is the bridge between the company, corporate clients, retail clients and the team and are the first point of contact for sales team. Their responsibility is to meet and exceed sales goals for an assigned portfolio of accounts by promoting and selling training services through professional, consultative sales techniques and long term relationships. The role holders will also work as part of a team and are required to ensure team success

Reports To: Managing Director


Responsibilities

Their responsibility is to meet and exceed sales goals for an assigned portfolio of accounts by promoting and selling training services through professional, consultative sales techniques and long term relationships. The role holders will also work as part of a team and are required to ensure team success

Reports To: Managing Director



Sales, Revenue & Collections

  • Selling trainings and meeting sales and collections targets for the individual and the center

  • Maintain a healthy Center and Individual pipeline and to achieve set targets (Revenue and Collections)

  • Doing customer satisfaction survey and giving the inputs to the Managing Director

  • Meet Minimum sales and collections standards, as set forth by the Managing Director

  • Visiting minimum number of clients per day as set forth by the Managing Director

Customer Service & Client Relationships


  • Manage client relationships, including making telephone and face-to-face sales calls to current clients on a timely basis to uncover opportunities and advance the sales process;

  • Make daily Client visits and corporate presentations and assisting the team on the same

  • Work with center staff to provide the necessary service required for ongoing customer satisfaction;

  • Contact customers through, but not limited to, phone calls, email, mailings, fax and seminars to communicate opportunities to extend initiatives with the company.

Marketing initiatives and opportunities 

  • Collaborate with Marketing and center support to facilitate new programs, messages, campaigns, and offerings;

  • Support customer acquisition activities, including trade shows, email marketing, online webinars and seminar events;

  • Prepare written presentations, proposals and price quotations.


Portfolio Management & Reporting

  • Managing your account portfolio, including account prioritization, timely  outreach  to contacts ,current, complete and accurate account notes

  • Submitting an accurate centre forecast to the Managing Director on a weekly basis

  • Submitting centre pipeline reports and Daily, weekly and monthly sales reports as per the guidelines

Key Performance Indicators

  • 100% of achieved sales collection target

  • Generating a strong and healthy pipeline

  • %Increased market visibility of Learnovate products

  • Improved Quality of customer service

Experience Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree 

  • Minimum two (4) years successful direct sales experience in technology, training, or adjacent industries.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

  • Ability to sell in a team environment.

  • Must be able to learn computer software necessary to accomplish the administrative tasks required in position; word processor, contract manager, electronic mail package, and registration package.

  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM, a plus
