BURN is looking for a Quality Assurance Technician who will work with the QC team manufacturing staff and research and development team to ensure inspection and testing procedures are implemented and maintained.
He/she will assist in the development of standards to meet quality requirements.
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
- 2 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities
BURN is looking for a Quality Assurance Technician who will work with the QC team manufacturing staff and research and development team to ensure inspection and testing procedures are implemented and maintained.
He/she will assist in the development of standards to meet quality requirements.
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
- 2 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good Microsoft Office skills.
- Support the New Product Development (NPD) & Operations team by collecting test data, drafting reports, and giving quality feedback throughout the test period.
- Ensure the technical documents required for production meet document control and revision requirements.
- Analyse data to identify trends in product quality or defects to mitigate and prevent recurrence and future defects.
- Identify root causes of problems in the production process; recommend and/or implement corrective measures.
- Conduct an audit on quality jigs and fixtures, tools, and equipment to ensure they are calibrated and up to date.
- Ensure that products meet the organization, customers’ quality, and product integrity requirements.
- Ensure manufacturing processes comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Identify possible areas for improvement in quality control processes.
