Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Dairy Science, Animal Science, Agriculture or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of the dairy industry, including knowledge of dairy farming practices,
- milk production processes, milk collection and transportation systems.
- Proficiency in supply chain management principles.
- Strong project management skills, including resource allocation, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of Hausa/Fulani language is essential.
Responsibilities

Duties
- Day-to-day operational management of the MCCs and ensuring collection targets are met for each MCC.
- Manage the cold chain distribution network.
- Manage sales and customer relationships for raw milk collected.
- Manage relationship with the local co-operative bodies and the farmers.
- Liaising with various statutory bodies, regulators and government organizations involved in the value chain.
- Design and implement various capacity building activities and sustainability programmers for the farmers.
- Liaising with our media partners and effectively managing public relations.
