Ministry of Kampala Capital City and Metropolitan Affairs was established under Article 5(4) of the constitution of the Republic of Uganda, 1995 and was rationalized and Operationalized by an act of Parliament (KCC amendment Act 2020 as amended) with a vision to provide efficient and all-inclusive service delivery in cities and Metropolitan Areas.
