  • The Deputy Chief of Impact Officer will work closely with the Chief of Impact Officer and counterpart/another deputy CIO to lead Tiko's efforts in delivering substantial impact across all the countries in which we operate. This pivotal position involves steering the strategic direction and operational execution of our platforms, ensuring we not only meet but exceed our ambitious goal of expanding from 500,000 to 2 million users.

Requeriments:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar level, strategic leadership position, and minimum 10 years of experience operating in the NGO / Public Healthcare industry with a specific focus on HIV
  • Experience working with/leading MERL teams
  • Extensive experience working in a complex, results focused environment. 
  • Managed at least 3 million dollar budgets annually. 
  • Experience leading teams within a regional or global capacity, in a matrix, fast paced environment. 
  • Global background working in multiple countries across Africa
  • Minimum qualification - Bachelor's Degree
  • Open to travel - 25% of time spent traveling will be required.

  • Operational Excellence and Growth: Directly oversee the execution of our operational strategy, emphasizing growth and risk mitigation. Your leadership will be crucial in successfully scaling our platform's impact and ensuring the operational readiness of our teams as we expand into new countries and partnerships.
  • MERL Leadership: Lead the Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL) efforts to continuously measure the effectiveness of our programs and use these insights to drive strategic improvements. This will involve setting clear objectives, developing methodologies, and implementing best practices to ensure our projects deliver the maximum impact.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Provide visionary leadership and direction to our operations teams across the globe. You'll foster an environment of growth, learning, and excellence, ensuring that your teams are well-equipped to meet their objectives and contribute to our mission.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work in collaboration with various departments, including marketing, donor relations, and technology teams, to ensure a cohesive approach to achieving our goals.
