Job Description
- We are looking for a motivated Medical Sales Representative to join our team.
- Our ideal candidate is an expert in customer relationship management (CRM), who is expected to develop relationships with existing and prospective clients in the health care field.
- A candidate who employs their detailed product knowledge and sales skills to demonstrate the need for our products, as well as the benefits we offer over potential competitors.
Duties
- Scheduling meetings and effective detailingwith potential and existing customers, which includes doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and other health care professionals to promote and create strong visibility of products in the region.
- Reach and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Identifying prospective business opportunities for the company.
- Maintaining solid working relationships with new and existing customers by providing excellent after-sales service.
- Regularly attending industry events, training, company meetings, briefings, and educational workshops and conferences.
- Identifying customers' needs and recommending company products that best fulfil those needs.
- Researching market trends,competitors’ activities and customer feedback.
- Promptly submitting purchase orders to the relevant department.
- Preparing sales reports as well as territory analyses and submitting them to management.
