We are pioneering a preventive care model that aims at reversing diabetes type 2 in patients. To continuously build this solution, we are searching for a people operations manager to prioritize culture building, team building, and the continuous establishment of a great people process to build the company on.

As an ideal candidate, you are passionate about people and their well-being and have a solid process-oriented profile. You will build on currently established systems to continuously fill talent gaps while driving people operations strategies. You will help us deliver an outstanding employee experience from day one by giving your colleagues the resources and support needed to excel throughout their experience. Experience working within a startup culture or specifically in healthcare is a plus.

Job Description

  • Plan, track and manage talent acquisition processes in the company, from job design to onboarding.

  • Gather insight and make continuous adaptive changes to the recruitment process, balancing across multi-functional needs and context

  • Keep track of and analyze core HR metrics and improve internal processes using insights.

  • Develop, promote and implement opportunities for employee development

  • Set up a system to proactively identify core values, promote and lead activities shaping company values and amplifying the culture

  • Capitalize on available information to adapt and drive process improvements and essential policies

  • Coordinate payroll processes and the implementation system

  • Continuously gather compensation data, and conduct ongoing analysis of Compensation & benefits programs, processes, tools, and practices across the company

  • Collaborate across functions to adjust and improve people facing operations, including care team acquisition programs

  • Provide strategic input and support in implementing engagement strategy for vendors and clinical care team members

  • Cross collaborate with other functions to promote employer brand within the healthcare sector

Core Requirements

  • 3+ Years experience as an HR generalist.

  • Experience working at a high-growth start-up and hiring in the tech or healthcare sector is highly desirable.

  • Ability to set priorities and own outcomes independently. Proven record of developing and implementing a People strategy in an emerging business environment.

  • Demonstrated experience with designing job briefs and overseeing technical and medical/health roles recruitment processes.

  • Strong organizational and collaboration skills, excellent in execution and delivery.

  • You must demonstrate ability in building strong, collaborative relationships across diverse business functions through adaptive, flexible, data-driven analysis.
