- As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of the solar system.
- You will work closely with our Sales managers and other team members to ensure the successful completion of solar Installation while adhering to safety protocols and industry standards.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical work, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for renewable energy.
Responsibilities

- Install the company’s solar home system and panels, according to project specifications and design plans.
- Perform electrical wiring, connections, and terminations to ensure the safe and efficient operation of solar energy systems.
- Conduct site assessments to determine the optimal placement of solar panels and assess shading and structural considerations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any questions or concerns from clients during the installation process.
